This registration form is for any Yarra Ranges Volleyball Club (YRVC) player, official or member that participates in State League 2024 or is training during the season. 

The Volleyball Victoria (VV) registration covers a members insurance for trainings and league games that expires annually.

The memberships available for Yarra Ranges are:

• 2024 YRVC Prems 1/2 with VV Gold Adult - for players on Premier 1/2 teams that are 21 years or over.
  Total of $745 ($630 YRVC, $115 VV)
• 2024 YRVC Prems 1/2 with VV Gold U21 - for players on Premier 1/2 teams that are under 21 years.
  Total of $715 ($630 YRVC, $85 VV)
• 2024 YRVC Prem U19 with VV Gold U21 - for players on Junior Premier U19 teams.
  Total of $610 ($525 YRVC, $85 VV)
• 2024 YRVC Reserves with VV Gold Adult - for players on Reserves 1/2/3 teams that are 21 years or over.
  Total of $640 ($525 YRVC, $115 VV)
• 2024 YRVC Reserves with VV Gold U21 - for players on Reserves 1/2/3 teams that are under 21 years.
  Total of $610 ($525 YRVC, $85 VV)
• 2024 YRVC Youth U17 with VV Gold U21 - for players on Youth (Junior) U17 teams.
  Total of $445 ($360 YRVC, $85 VV)
• 2024 YRVC training only with VV Silver - for training only adult members (not participating on playing teams).
  Total of $255 ($200 YRVC, $55 VV)
• 2024 YRVC training only with VV Silver U18 - for training only U18 members (not participating on playing teams).
  Total of $245 ($200 YRVC, $45 VV)
• Technical (non playing) - for coaches, staff and other personnel not playing.
  No cost.

In addition to these registrations, Yarra Ranges offers the option of registering online with Volleyball Victoria only, and have the Yarra Ranges membership invoiced separately. We strongly recommend you use one of the full online registrations described above, but if you require a payment plan or you need to pay the YRVC membership fees in a later invoice, you can select one of following plans:

• 2024 VV Gold Adult, YRVC membership invoiced.
  Total of $115 (VV).
  YRVC membership will be invoice later ($630 for Prems 1/2; $525 for Res 1/2/3)
• 2024 VV Gold U21, YRVC membership invoiced.
  Total of $85 (VV).
  YRVC membership will be invoice later ($630 for Prems 1/2; $525 for Junior Prems U19 & Res 1/2/3; $360 for Youth/Junior U17)

Early Bird: 

We have a discount code available for early online registrations valid until the 31/Mar/24. Please use the discount code EARLYBIRD24 for a $30 discount on your membership. Please note this discount is not available for memberships where the YRVC membership is invoiced later.

Notes for membership registration: 

• The first step to start the registration is to identify if you are a returning member or if you are new to the club. If you played Volleyball and have registered for Volleyball Victoria in the past, please select the RETURNING MEMBER option. Otherwise, if you are new to Volleyball Victoria, please select NEW MEMBER.
• If you are a returning member, you will be presented with a form where you can enter your details. This will be used to identify your Volleyball Australia membership – if found, you will receive an email that you need to access to continue with the registration.
• As part of the process to register your membership, you will be presented with a step to Join an existing team. Please select None of the above option

• In one of the steps of the registration, you will see a summary of the fees. That's where you will be able to use the early bird discount.

• In the Personal details section, provide your data and ignore the question about Volleyball Australia Pathways (unless you have been invited by Volleyball Australia and requested to provide this information previously). Also ignore the questions about Private Health Insurance and Consent Pack.

• After agreeing with the terms and conditions, you will be able to pay with a credit card, and complete your registration.

Volleyball Victoria Conditions

•    Members agree to all conditions in the Membership Terms And Conditions
•    All annual 2024 memberships are valid from the date they are purchased through to 31 March, 2025
•    All temporary memberships are only valid for the dates or events for which they are specified 
•    All membership fees are inclusive of GST 
•    U21 age group, must be 20 years or younger as at 31 December 2024 
•    Members must be registered and financial before they take the court in any training or competitive capacity
•    Any individual who is un-financial or disqualified in Victoria or any other state shall be ineligible for membership 
•    Volleyball Victoria reserves the right to take action against any member in breach of our policies and codes of conduct - this action can include suspension or cancellation of a membership without refund.

All 2024 memberships include a Volleyball Victoria membership, which is required for participation in any Volleyball Victoria affiliated competition or event. Your membership includes coverage for personal accident insurance, member protection, and child safety policies. Please contact memberships@volleyballvictoria.org.au for any questions or issues related to memberships.

If you had a Volleyball Victoria membership in 2023, please use the “Returning Member” option. Everyone else should use the “New Member” option.
