This registration form is for any Yarra Ranges Volleyball Club (YRVC) player, official or member that participates in State League 2026 or is training during the season. 

The Volleyball Victoria (VV) registration covers a members insurance for trainings and league games that expires annually.

The memberships available for Yarra Ranges are:

• 2026 YRVC Premier Adult - for Adult (18 and over) players of Premier 1, Premier 2 or Junior Premier League teams
  Total of $879.29 ($745 YRVC, $134.29 VV)
• 2026 YRVC Premier U18 - for U18 players of Premier 1, Premier 2 or Junior Premier League teams
  Total of $843.57 ($745 YRVC, $98.57 VV)
• 2026 YRVC State League Adult - for Adult (18 and over) players of State League 1, 2 or 3 teams
  Total of $759.29 ($625 YRVC, $134.29 VV)
• 2026 YRVC State League U18 - for U18 players of State League 1, 2 or 3 teams
  Total of $723.57 ($625 YRVC, $98.57 VV)
• 2026 YRVC Youth League (U17) - for players of Youth U17 teams
  Total of $543.57 ($445 YRVC, $98.57 VV)
• 2026 YRVC Training Athlete - for training only athletes
  Total of $307.24 ($275 YRVC, $32.24 VV)
• 2026 YRVC Technical Membership - for NON-PLAYING coaches and assistant coaches
  Total of $13.88 ($0 YRVC, $13.88 VV)
• 2026 YRVC Volunteer/Official - for NON-PLAYING officials and volunteers
  No cost

When registering, you have the option to register for a payment plan - payment plans require the setup of a direct debit on your credit card. Please note that payment plans will not be eligible for the early bird discount.

Early Bird: 

We have a discount code available for early online registrations valid until the 28/Feb/26. Please use the discount code EARLYBIRD26 for a $50 discount on your membership. 
Registrations on payment plans ARE NOT eligible for Early Bird discounts. The platform does not prevent you from entering the discount code - however payment plans registrations that are done with the discount code will be invoiced the difference of the discount back.

Notes for membership registration: 

• The first step to start the registration is to identify if you are a returning member or if you are new to the club. If you played Volleyball and have registered for Volleyball Victoria in the past, please select the RETURNING MEMBER option. Otherwise, if you are new to Volleyball Victoria, please select NEW MEMBER.
• If you are a returning member, you will be presented with a form where you can enter your details. This will be used to identify your Volleyball Australia membership – if found, you will receive an email that you need to access to continue with the registration.
• As part of the process to register your membership, you will be presented with a step to Join an existing team. Please select None of the above option

• In one of the steps of the registration, you will see a summary of the fees. That's where you will be able to use the early bird discount.

• In the Personal details section, please make sure you:

  • provide your Address and Contact details, making sure you add any additional email that should be included in any information from Yarra Ranges Volleyball Club, from Volleyball Victoria or Volleyball Australia in the Additional email addresses field;

  • ignore the question about Volleyball Australia Pathways (unless you have been invited by Volleyball Australia and requested to provide this information previously);

  • if relevant, check the volunteer, referee or coach question. If you check this box, please make sure you enter the Working with Children Check information (Number and Expiry Date)
  • if under 18, please enter the Parent/Guardian Names, Parent/Guardian Mobiles and Parent/Guardian Emails
  • If you are new to the club and require a new uniform, please check this box
  • Please provide a photo to be uploaded to Volleyball Victoria

• After agreeing with the terms and conditions, you will be able to pay with a credit card, and complete your registration.
