Event Waiver
By purchasing a ticket or registering for this event, you (and your parent/guardian if you are under 18) agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Supervision of Minors (Under 18s) All attendees under the age of 18 must be accompanied and supervised by a parent or adult guardian for the entire duration of the event. Yarra Ranges Volleyball Club staff, coaches, and volunteers are not responsible for the supervision or safety of minor attendees.
2. Responsible Behavior & Alcohol Policy We want everyone to have an amazing night celebrating the season! To ensure a safe environment for all, attendees are expected to behave responsibly and respect the venue’s staff and property. Underage drinking will absolutely not be tolerated. The club and venue management reserve the right to refuse service or ask any attendee to leave if their behavior is deemed disruptive, inappropriate, or unsafe.
3. Media & Photo Release Photos and videos will be taken throughout the night to celebrate our achievements and may be used for club promotional purposes, social media, and the club website. By attending, you consent to your likeness being used in these materials. (If you or your child prefer not to be photographed, please notify the event organizers upon arrival).
4. Liability Release While we do everything we can to ensure a safe event, Yarra Ranges Volleyball Club and the venue are not liable for any personal injury, illness, loss, or damage to personal property that occurs during the gala night. Attendees assume full responsibility for their own well-being and belongings.
